ORGANIZATIONAL ARCHITECT & FACILITATION STRATEGIST

Kristy

Rangel.

35 years. San Antonio.

The rooms nobody else wants to walk into.

Kristy Rangel is an organizational consultant, facilitation strategist, and curriculum designer with more than 35 years of experience in San Antonio's education and public sector ecosystem. She works with the organizations doing the hardest, most important work and helps them do it better.

  • Carnegie-Trained Facilitator

  • ToP Network Member

  • Former Trinity University Faculty

  • City of San aNtonio SAEPS Vendor

Kristy Rangel has spent 35 years in the rooms where organizations figure out who they are, what they actually stand for, and whether the people inside them can work together toward something that matters.

The practice

Kristy has built two organizations from the ground up, designed curriculum commissioned by the City of San Antonio, developed and delivered professional learning for teachers and administrators across the region, and taught at Trinity University. She has also raised four children alone, navigated a leadership environment that was actively harmful, and rebuilt her career from scratch on the other side of it.

None of that is background. All of it is methodology. The way she works, the deep listening before anything gets designed, the willingness to name what nobody else will, the discipline to build something that holds after she leaves, comes directly from having lived the challenges she helps organizations navigate.

The people she serves

Her practice sits at the intersection of organizational consulting, facilitation strategy, and human development. She works with government agencies, school districts, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations across San Antonio and the broader Texas region.

Her clients range from city departments navigating change to school leadership teams building shared vision to workforce programs that need curriculum their staff can actually deliver. The common thread is organizations doing important work with real constraints, where the quality of the people's collaboration directly determines the outcomes they can achieve.

THE METHODOLOGY

The Ignite from Within™

origin story.

A signature methodology built from 35 years of practice and a life fully lived. It is not a framework applied to organizations. It is a diagnostic approach that starts with listening and builds everything around what that listening reveals.
